A certain equipment manufacturing industry is a modern, digital, and intelligent new factory built by TBEA in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. The starting point of factory construction is high and the standards are strict. It is necessary to comprehensively control the project from personnel technology, organizational support, construction management, system construction, and other aspects, striving to build the three workshops into leaders in the power transmission and transformation industry.
Solution
We provide multiple laser forklifts for different material pallets and docking forms. This project adopts multiple different vehicle models to coordinate with each other, and uses a set of systems to schedule different equipment. At the same time, according to the actual situation in the workshop, AGVs have been customized and modified to achieve unmanned handling inside the factory. At the same time, this project interfaces with WMS EMS system, realizing functions such as AGV autonomous pickup, autonomous warehousing, autonomous inventory, and automatic warehouse management by the system; Basically achieve unmanned management of warehouse materials.
