Solution
To save labor costs and improve operational efficiency, improve warehouse intelligent management and capacity utilization, and achieve automated delivery of workshop production lines. The production workshop has invested laser forklift AGV, combined with the Harbin Institute of Technology's intelligent scheduling system and warehouse management system (WMS) to achieve intelligent management and distribution of rubber hoses, and to achieve automatic docking with on-site automatic doors. The main logistics flow covers the temporary storage of raw materials in temporary storage warehouses, which automatically triggers inbound instructions to the high-level storage at the edge of the line, as well as the distribution from the edge storage to the production line workstations. The entire process is unmanned, intelligent, and automated.
