Project Introduction
The intelligent factory planning for this project is divided into RGV # 1, RGV # 2, RGV # 3, RGV # 4, RGV # 5, and RGV # 6 lines from south to north; Among them, RGV # 1, RGV # 2, RGV # 5, and RGV # 6 are in the form of circular RGV shuttle cars, while RGV # 3 and RGV # 4 are in the form of straight rail RGV shuttle cars. This project involves laying over 2000 meters of aluminum profile tracks, 20 RGV shuttle cars, 12 elevators, 12 stacker machines, and several conveyor line equipment. There are a total of 20 loading or unloading ports on the first layer, and 64 port ports on the second layer, with a rated load capacity of 3T/P. The tray size is 2800mm * 1500mm * 1900mm (including trays).
The 16 production lines of the smart factory achieve material handling between the first floor warehouse and the production lines on the second floor through RGV. The machine transmits the material request signal to the MES system, and the material request task from the MES system is transmitted to the RGV system. The RGV system interacts with the WMS system, and after the WMS system issues the task of batching, the warehouse sends the material to the feeding port of the first floor elevator. The RGV system scans the code to match the previous MES system's material request task. The WCS system dispatches the elevator to send the material to the second floor, and then the RGV car automatically transports the material to the corresponding port. The material is sent out of the warehouse through scanning verification.
